How Poladin Care Works
1. Join Paladin
Becoming a member is simple and affordable.
• $100 one-time deposit
• $65/month membership fee
• In return, you receive up to $5,500 per year in veterinary care, paid directly to your veterinarian.
There are no hidden fees, no reimbursement forms, and no surprise exclusions.
2. What’s Covered
Your membership can be used for almost any veterinary need, including:
• Urgent care visits
• Emergency visits
• Annual wellness exams
• Core vaccines
• Diagnostics (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Prescription medications
• End-of-life care (euthanasia and most aftercare)
There are no breed, age, or preexisting condition exclusions. How you use your coverage is up to you—once you’ve spent your annual $5,500, coverage pauses until your membership renews.
3. 30-Day Grace Period
All services, including emergencies, are subject to a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, you’ll have access to the full $5,500 in annual care, no questions asked.
4. Direct Vet Payments
When your pet needs care:
• Your vet contacts Paladin Care for real-time approval
• We pay the vet directly
• You get care without paperwork, delay, or stress
5. 24/7 Veterinary Support
Not sure what your vet just said? Need a second opinion?
All Paladin members get round-the-clock support from veterinary professionals—including experienced emergency and urgent care techs and doctors.
We’re here to explain diagnoses and treatment plans in plain, honest language, so you can feel confident about what comes next.
6. Cancel Anytime
If you decide not to renew your membership:
• There are no penalties
• Paladin simply stops covering your vet care
• You can always come back when you’re ready
